Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Enterprise Technology and Data PMO team. We are looking for someone who thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and consistently drives execution forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator, strong communicator, and hands-on leader who can navigate both technical and business environments with confidence.
Key characteristics of a successful candidate include:
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership in ambiguous situations and is motivated by complex challenges
- The ability to distill complicated, fast-moving initiatives into clear plans, actionable workstreams, and measurable outcomes
- Strong communication instincts, with the ability to engage effectively across audiences — from executive leadership to highly technical teams
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the discipline to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and momentum
- The judgment and independence to lead initiatives autonomously while escalating risks and decisions appropriately
- A polished, detail-oriented professional presence suited for high-visibility, client-facing interactions
This role offers the opportunity to drive high-visibility enterprise initiatives across a global technology organization, partnering closely with senior leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping execution standards, improving operational maturity, and delivering initiatives that directly support strategic business outcomes. They will leverage AI-enabled tools and automation capabilities to improve delivery visibility, reporting efficiency, operational scalability, and decision-making across complex technology initiatives.
The Enterprise Technology & Data PMO operates as a highly collaborative partner across engineering and business teams, balancing disciplined execution with pragmatic delivery. Successful team members are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
Success in this role will require building trust quickly, establishing clear execution frameworks, improving delivery visibility, and driving complex initiatives to predictable outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Projects may span enterprise platforms, cloud modernization, data and analytics, identity and access management, infrastructure, and business-critical application integrations.
Project Ownership & Delivery:
· Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects, from initial scoping through launch and post-launch review
· Build and maintain clear project structures: roadmaps, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing assumptions, and success metrics
· Anticipate risks before they become problems — identify blockers early, bring together the right stakeholders, and drive to resolution with clear options and recommendations
· Establish lightweight, repeatable execution rhythms (cadences, decision logs, status reporting, and AI-assisted reporting automation) that keep teams moving without adding unnecessary process overhead
Stakeholder & Client Communication:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, escalations, and decisions with both internal leadership and external clients
· Translate complex technical work into clear, accurate, decision-ready updates for non-technical stakeholders and senior client audiences, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate synthesis, reporting, and executive communication
· Lead and facilitate high-impact meetings — set tight agendas, drive decisions, document outcomes, and ensure follow-through
· Maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in client-facing communication
Driving Clarity Through Ambiguity:
· When requirements, timelines, or scope are unclear, take charge — convene the right people, ask the right questions, facilitate alignment, and drive teams toward clear, actionable decisions
· Decompose ambiguous initiatives into concrete workstreams with owners, timelines, and clear definitions of done
· Ensure requirements are specific, testable, and tied to business outcomes; push back constructively when clarity is missing
· Coordinate cross-functional readiness across engineering, product, operations, and vendor partners
Technical Collaboration:
· Partner closely with engineering leads and architects to understand system constraints, dependencies, integration points, and sequencing
· Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders — you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand the tradeoffs
· Maintain documentation in Confluence that is accurate, organized, and genuinely useful to the teams relying on it, leveraging AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve documentation quality, consistency, and accessibility
· Ensure Jira artifacts remain current, accurate, and actionable for stakeholders and delivery teams

· 4+ years in Technical Project Management in a software or technology environment, required
· Experience operating within Agile or hybrid delivery environments across complex enterprise organizations.
· Experience in enterprise technology environments with high standards for reliability, security, and compliance (financial services a plus)
· Exposure to enterprise AI platforms and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate, or similar technologies required
· Background delivering projects involving cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data and analytics, security/identity, or enterprise application integrations
· Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, integration partners, or managed service providers
· Familiarity producing executive-level reporting — OKRs, KPIs, roadmaps, and risk summaries for steering committees and senior leadership
· Experience working within or closely alongside a PMO or centralized program function
Competencies & Attributes
· Demonstrated track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives where not everything was clearly defined at the start
· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct organizational authority.

· Strong experience with Jira and Confluence — not just using them, but leveraging them to create genuine visibility and structure for teams
· Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, and intelligent automation capabilities to improve project governance, reporting, workflow efficiency, and stakeholder communication
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to produce polished, professional outputs under pressure
· Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently while maintaining quality and predictability
