Your role at Clorox:

Clorox is seeking a Senior Field Sales Analyst to join the Amazon field sales team. In this role, you will support the team by gathering, analyzing and reporting sales data in support of driving sales on Amazon.

This is a highly cross-functional role in which you will partner with Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Brand Marketing, Business Insights, and Analytics teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Amazon field sales and marketing team by gathering, analyzing and reporting sales-related data.
  • Deliver insights and data for customer planning and innovation programs.
  • Actively work cross-functionally (sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance) to assist in the development and execution category plans at Amazon.
  • Provide support on all product allocation supply processes.
  • Facilitate joint planning for marketing campaigns (Amazon Advertising) between sales, marketing, and outside agency partners.
  • Support Sales trade spend strategy, tracking and communication as well as assisting to determine spend rates necessary to deliver AAA objectives.
  • Responsible for supporting customer budget management across trade spending and marketing/media budgets, by business.
  • Assist with Sales volume forecasting, shipment analysis and reporting.
  • Responsible for the management and organization of Sales release materials, resources and assists in the development of customer presentations.
  • Additional responsibilities supporting the Amazon Marketing plan for assigned business units.

What we look for:

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in CPG analyzing sales data
  • Ability to forecast sales and manage trade investment & ROI.
  • Experience with syndicated data systems (IRI/Nielsen/etc.).
  • Experience with customer data systems (Amazon Retail Analytics, Brand View Pro, etc).
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce retail basics, traffic & conversion drivers, Search, the consumer’s path to purchase journey, and Pure Play customer models.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce sales or buying, Amazon experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
