Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collaboration Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining our unified communications infrastructure, focusing on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) voice communication systems, audio and video conferencing solutions, and the replacement of the entire voice infrastructure worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco technologies, an in-depth understanding of voice and video communications, call center software and integrations, E911, paging systems, fax systems, security systems, cellular voice solutions, and experience with the migration of SIP trunks to cloud-based SIP trunking. A proven track record of developing and managing collaboration tools that enhance organizational productivity and efficiency is essential. The candidate will also need to possess deep knowledge of Call Manager and experience completing multiple cloud voice installations, as well as architecting and developing solutions, leading knowledge transfer (KT) efforts to transition information to the voice operations team, and performing hands-on coding while coordinating with both onsite personnel and service providers. Wireless experience is a plus but not required.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement scalable and reliable Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solutions to meet the organization's voice communication needs.
  • Develop and manage advanced voice systems, including VoIP, SIP trunking, and PSTN integration, ensuring high-quality communication across the organization.
  • Replace and overhaul voice infrastructure globally, ensuring compliance with modern standards and supporting systems such as call center software, E911, paging systems, fax systems, security systems, and cellular voice solutions.
  • Experience in migrating SIP trunks to cloud-based SIP trunking solutions.
  • Design, implement, and manage audio and video conferencing solutions, including the selection of appropriate hardware and software to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Integrate conference room technologies with unified communications platforms to create seamless meeting experiences, including automated control systems for lighting, sound, and video.
  • high availability and performance of wireless services.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of various collaboration tools with the communication infrastructure.
  • Assess and optimize network infrastructure to support the smooth operation of voice, video, and data traffic, with a particular focus on Quality of Service (QoS) and bandwidth management.
  • Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements to protect communication systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships to procure the best communication and collaboration solutions.
  • Provide training and high-level technical support to end-users and IT staff, ensuring the effective use of communication systems.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Cisco technologies such as CCNP or CCIE.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on unified communications, Cisco CUCM, and collaboration technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of voice and video communication principles, network infrastructure, and QoS.
  • Experience with call center software and integrations, E911, paging systems, fax systems, security systems, cellular voice solutions, and migration of SIP trunks to cloud-based SIP trunking.
  • Experience with the design and implementation of audio and video conferencing solutions and conference room systems.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects from conception through to implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100
Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
