Your role at Clorox:

The Clorox Company Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience that runs from June through August. Interns are provided meaningful work assignments designed to provide perspective and practical work experience highlighting what you would do in a similar role following completion of your degree and working at the company on a regular, full-time basis. Through the course of the summer, interns participate in:

• Formal, three-day orientation and program kick off with interns from all functions in California
• Peer-level mentorship and connection points with functional and company executives
• Community Engagement activity
• Soft-skills training and development exercises

In this role, you will:

The Clorox Electro Creative Workshop is an internal creative agency that services all brands within the Clorox Corporation. We are a team of diverse & inclusive global community of empowered people.

Within Electro is the Clorox Production Studio, a team of producers, creators, and production consultants. Clorox Production Studio is responsible for creating content and offering support to all agencies that work with the Clorox Corporation.

Creative

  • Partner with creative teams to ideate, develop, and execute production solutions.
  • Ensure creative integrity while maintaining efficiency and delivering on brand expectations

Agency Support

  • Clorox Production Studio supports both internal and external agencies.
  • Partner with account, creative, and project management to develop timelines and production solution for all types of content: video, photography, web, digital, and social.
  • Offer production consulting to external Lead Creative Agencies on how to work with Clorox Corporation.

Pre-production

  • Develop timelines, estimates, prep, and all preliminary steps leading up to production.
  • Oversee content key departments including but not limited to: Director, Camera, Lighting, Photography, Food Styling, Art Department, Editorial, Finishing

Production

  • Live action or photography
  • Stage shoots at Clorox Production Studio facility in Oakland, CA.
  • Location shoots.

Post-Production

  • Work with internal edit teams
  • Manage edit, color, mix, finishing with external post-production partners.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Produce, edit and distribute platform specific videos across our various digital and social outlets
  • Assist in content research and updating our content management database
  • Generate exciting and informative concepts with the account, creative and production teams
  • Collaborate with and support supervising producers throughout all projects and processes
  • Assist with all aspects of pre/prod/post production in person and on set.
  • Assist team with social media outreach and talent engagement
  • Assist with multiple roles in the production process in addition to supporting various crew positions and roles.

What we look for:

Minimum Education Level/Degree:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year related degree program at a University with Junior/Senior class standing
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Transportation, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • GPA Required 3.0 or higher
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Additional Information:

The applicable pay range for this role in the U.S. is based on your work location according to the cost of labor in your area.

  • $19 - $23/hr.
