Your role at Clorox:

The Senior Cost Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence by leveraging advanced tools, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights. This position balances technical expertise with strategic vision, supporting cost management, supply chain value creation, and long-term business growth. Collaborating across departments, the role ensures data-driven decisions and fosters innovation while maintaining compliance with corporate policies.

In this role, you will:

Drive detailed analysis of Total Delivered Costs (TDC) across raw materials, plant operations, and logistics to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Lead forecasting processes and integrate insights generated from Anaplan and other tools to improve financial accuracy and planning.

Oversee the annual cost roll-up process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and precise cost allocation.

Partner with supply chain, logistics, and operational teams to create value and support strategic initiatives for volume growth.

Implement and validate cost-saving initiatives, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Conduct financial analyses for new products, investments, and production changes, providing strategic recommendations.

Monitor and reconcile TDC variances, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

What we look for:

  • 2-4 years in finance, accounting, or cost management roles, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields or equivalent experience
  • CPA or similar certification preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level
  • Great communications skills
  • Analytical skills
