Your role at Clorox:

As the Manager of the Finance Tech Team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the architecture and delivery of financial insights and solutions. You will lead a team responsible for managing our Azure + Databricks infrastructure, which feeds numerous business insight applications in Power BI and is expanding to next-generation front-end solutions such as React+JS Azure websites.

In this role, you will:

FP&A Semantic Architecture (50%):

• Own the business deliverance of value through the FP&A Semantic Architecture.
• Partner with internal IT resources for technical development changes.
• Ensure the architecture supports accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Business Insight Solutions (30%):

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports.

Learning and Development (10%):

• Lead initiatives to upskill the Finance team in data analytics and technology.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team’s capabilities.

AI R&D (10%):

• Conduct research on upcoming trends in AI and machine learning.
• Explore innovative solutions to enhance financial data analysis and reporting.

What we look for:

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Azure services, including Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Functions.

• Proficiency in Databricks, including recent Unity Catalog & Genie AI/BI Dashboards
• Experience with data integration using APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with React JS and front-end development is a plus.
