At Clorox, we strive to champion people to be well and thrive every single day. In this role you will play a crucial role to seamlessly integrate insights management with category advisorship to craft and drive strategies from internal business units thru to customer execution.
In this role, you will:
Integrate Shopper Insights: Serve as a strategic thought partner to our Marketing, Sales Strategy, and Customer Facing Sales teams, fostering proficient storytelling and uncovering actionable insights across consumer, shopper, category, and market to shape strategic decisions.
Drive Category Leadership: As Category Advisor for the Loblaw Waste and Bleach categories, build a category vision that highlights impactful customer opportunities and yields profitable growth for Clorox and the customer; actively supporting line reviews, and planogram development
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with buying teams, leveraging Retailer POS and Loyalty data to deliver effective category strategy recommendations and optimize the shopper experience.

Co-Maintenance of the Power BI OMNI Dashboard
Provide support to sales team relative to the POS databases/dashboards and syndicated databases
Maintenance of the Customer POS databases within Clorox (expert contact and owner)

What we look for:
Years and type of experience:
5-7 years of related experience
Working experience in CPG Companies (Preferable)
Skills and abilities:
Strategic Thinking: Must be able to understand the complexities of our various customers and recommend strategic solutions.
Leadership: Must demonstrate leadership through pro-active approach to tasks or projects. Strive towards timely and flawless execution.
Decision Making: Prioritize and make decisions quickly based on the facts available.
Insights & Analytics Expertise: Deep experience with data analytics & insights and their application to drive business growth, with strong research and critical thinking skills to identify areas of opportunity / concern and provide recommendations.
