Your role at Clorox:
Seeking a highly motivated Category Manager to lead a strategic advised business on the Target team focused on omni category and share growth.In this role, you will:
The primary role of the CAS Manager is to provide strategic and tactical recommendations to Target merchants using relevant shopper insights, assortment optimization, and merchandising best practices to increase category sales and market share. This position requires a proactive approach in generating actionable insights from POS data, syndicated data, and additional data sources.
Key responsibilities include executing POG transitions and revisions and drawing best-in-class POGs. The role involves developing creative ways to answer questions in a data-rich environment and turning insights from multiple sources into actionable results at retail. Working in a heavily matrixed environment, the individual must influence leaders both internally and externally and proactively bring solutions to teams. Leveraging data and insights to drive growth, with a focus on putting the customer first in decision-making processes, is essential.

What we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years experience in Category Management, data analytics or a sales role
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving & analytical ability
- Circana, Nielson or other syndicated data experience
- JDA/Blue Yonder experience preferred
