Your role at Clorox:

As a Junior Accountant on the GBS Record-to-Report (R2R) team, with a focus on Fixed Assets, you will play a vital role in supporting cross-functional partners by executing monthly and quarterly close activities in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

In this role, you will:

• Perform monthly and quarterly fixed assets accounting close activities as asset shells creation, capitalizations, retirement and dispositions of fixed assets, etc.
• Provide support to internal customers within Fixed Assets Accounting.
• Coordinate Annual Physical Inventory.
• Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
• Provide support in external and internal audit.

What we look for:

• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement
• Good verbal and written English skills - mandatory
• Ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross functional partners
• Proficient in PC Applications (Microsoft Office preferred)
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

Workplace type:

Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
