Your role at Clorox:
The Manager of the Distribution Contract Command Centre (DCCC) is responsible for the centralized management and operational governance of distribution-related contracts for the International region. This role focuses on ensuring that contract terms are effectively executed, monitored, and continuously improved in alignment with Clorox’s supply chain strategy, legal compliance standards, and commercial goals.In this role, you will:
Distributor Management Function: Establishes the Distributor Management function, including key cross-functional relationships that leverage the expertise of corporate procurement and legal services. Ensures that DCCC services are scalable to organizational growth:
- Contract Governance & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of distribution contracts, including initiation, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination processes. Ensure adherence to Clorox policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- 3rd Party Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to contract execution. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on contract performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Operational Command Centre Coordination: Act as the control point for contract-related operations within the DCCC, ensuring real-time visibility into distribution contract status and performance across the region.
- Issue Management & Escalation: Serve as the primary escalation point for contract compliance issues, service disruptions, or deviations from agreed terms. Coordinate cross-functional resolution in collaboration with legal, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
- Distributor Selection and Onboarding: Partner with corporate procurement in the selection and onboarding process of strategic Distributors contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate Distributor-related risks, ensuring business continuity and adherence to SLAs.
- Distributor Governance: Ensure proper governance structures are in place, leading quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders to drive accountability and performance for the DCCC.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the single point of contact for internal stakeholders in their interaction with the DCC ensuring that internal SLAs are met. Gathers key stakeholder input regarding needs, service delivery, and quality, to ensure business alignment in partnership with Procurement and Contract Services.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management in a legal firm, logistics operations, or supply chain governance, preferably in a multinational or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of contract structures, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements in distribution or logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms or other contract management systems is a plus
