Your role at Clorox:
Join our Finance team as a Supply Chain Finance Analyst. The main challenge of this role will be to provide financial support to Supply Chain operations, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance monitoring, while contributing to the improvement of operational and financial results. This position will work closely with operational teams, supporting activities such as standard cost preparation, variance analysis, inventory control, monthly closing tasks, and reportingThis is a great opportunity to develop your career in finance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment at a global company committed to growth and innovation
In this role, you will:
Assist the Supply Chain and P&A departments with financial aid for TDC, MTO, CAPEX, inventory levels, and operational important metrics, aiding in overseeing manufacturing and logistics operations in line with Budget and Forecasts.
Assist in the preparation of the company’s standard costs for each fiscal period and financial year.
Support the identification and analysis of production variances arising from daily operations.
Collaborate in the control of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and spare parts inventories, as well as to the validation of cost savings and support for new projects or product launches.
Support the accurate application of internal controls related to cost processes.
Assist with monthly closing activities and contribute to the preparation of corporate reports.
Collaborate with operational teams, to enhance the financial performance of the supply chain, assist with budgeting and forecasting of cost elements, and help monitor performance from the TDC perspective
Conduct cost analyses for new initiatives and projects to identify potential production improvements and cost savings.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
+2 years of experience in financial planning, cost management, and analysis within multinational companies, ideally in FMCG or international manufacturing, with exposure to costing and inventory control.
Experience in budgeting, management controls, and financial projections (CAPEX analysis).
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced MS Office especially Excel (pivot tables, macros), Power Point, PowerBI is a plus
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
Proactive, curiosity-driven mindset with a strong desire to learn and optimize processes.
