Your role at Clorox:

Network Planning Product Manager is responsible for supporting and enhancing Kinaxis-based supply chain applications to deliver critical enterprise outcomes. This role ensures that business requirements are met through production support, system upgrades, and new functionality deployment, and that the IBP processes fully leverages available Kinaxis capabilities. Key responsibilities include translating emerging Supply & Demand needs into detailed requirements, refining solution architecture, and managing product roadmaps. Acts as a liaison between Supply & Demand teams and our third-party tech support provider, balancing value and complexity in solution design. Leads testing and validation of new system functionality, coordinates proactive communication with BU IBP teams, and drives capability building through training programs. Additionally, optimizes digital capabilities to maximize system utilization, and identifies opportunities for exploring new Kinaxis features and enhancements we might pursue (e.g. new dashboards and analytics, use of AI and agents, etc.). Lastly, this role also helps support our international businesses and their use of Kinaxis for both demand and supply planning.

In this role, you will:

Production support for existing applications: Partner with Accenture to resolve Kinaxis related issues ensuring business requirements are met (break/fix resolution, upgrades, production support).
Requirements for new functionality: Translate emerging Supply & Demand needs or pain points into new system application enhancement scope of work with detailed requirement specifications in partnership with Accenture/Iris Product Mgr. Including:
  • Augment and/or refine solution architecture as required
  • Construct business user stories based on input from BU IBP teams
  • Translate user stories into data and functionality requirements
  • Align requirements with Accenture
  • Support product roadmap management
New functionality deployment: Following system improvements, test functionality ensuring business requirements are met. Validate new system functionality and assist in deployment to BUs
Bridge between Supply & Demand Team and Accenture: Act as link between Demand & Supply Functions & Accenture, ensuring Kinaxis system continues to meet business needs
Proactive coordination: Proactively communicate and collaborate with BU IBP Teams to synthesize perspectives
Value / complexity trade-off assessment: Leverage understanding of front-end and back-end to weigh risks and make value / complexity trade-off assessment in coordination with Accenture
Product roadmap alignment: prioritize and communicate product roadmaps gaining buy-in from leadership team
Capability building: Lead training programs in partnership with Process managers for RR system changes / upgrades
Digital capability Optimization: Optimize utilization of existing system functionality.

What we look for:

  • B.A. in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree (optional)
  • 7-10 years of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), supply planning, supply chain and operations, inventory management or other relevant field
  • 3-7 yrs product management experience
  • (Optional / Preferred) Experience with analytics, decision intelligence, and/or AI platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP / supply planning tools, with preference for Kinaxis & SAP S4Hana
  • Experience interfacing across multiple functions including data scientists, or engineers
  • Optional: Supply chain operations experience (Consumer preferred)

Product thinking: Ability to understand business needs and feedback, construct business user stories, translate stories into data and functionality requirements and align requirements with Data Engineering and Dev team
  • Product testing: Ability to test & validate new system functionality and assist in deployment to businesses

  • Project planning: Ability to prioritize & create product roadmaps leveraging understanding of front-end and back-end to make value / complexity trade-off decisions

  • (Preferred): Supply Chain operations: Familiarity with supply chain operations & unique supply constraints within consumer goods companies

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200

–Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200

–Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200
