Your role at Clorox:

As the LATAM Studio Content Manager, you will lead the development and execution of fully coordinated, end-to-end omnichannel marketing campaigns across the region. You will design a content strategy that deeply connects with consumers, strengthens brand equity, and drives long-term business impact. We’re looking for a curious, passionate creator who is ready to elevate how we build content and redefine why it matters.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end content development and implementation process for paid and organic channels—from master brief through reporting and optimization— partnering with media and agencies (media, creative) to ensure timely delivery, creative accuracy, and brand consistency across all platforms (website, social, ecommerce) to strengthen brand equity and performance.
  • Lead cross-functional (Marketing teams, Human Insights, Legal, Regulatory, brand) and agency partnerships to deliver an integrated content strategy and flawless campaign execution—aligning with market needs, ensuring compliance, and customizing assets across the consumer journey.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the design of a long-term content strategy to ensure our content addresses brand and consumer needs, with a clear audience-first and multichannel approach. Partnership with channel team to ensure content is created and distributed correctly across all platforms. Recommend annual brand calendars for demand creation in advertising for each country.
  • Defines and implements the content performance framework—setting clear critical metrics, leading comprehensive measurement and learning agendas, analyzing media and brand impact, and delivering actionable insights and optimizations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Leads the Social Agenda by shaping the brand’s organic content strategy, using trends, insights, and influencer partnerships to deliver culturally relevant narratives that elevate social presence, engagement, and brand equity.
  • Identify and stay ahead of industry trends (organic social/product placement opportunities/personalization/Audience first), & technologies to determine relevant topics/channels ways to connect with consumers.
  • Budget Management: Responsible to plan and supervise the non-working budget, ensuring alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (Creative Agency Fee and production together with the Production counterpart) and influence Working Spend ensuring the best plans for the brand.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent University-level degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Brand communication with solid background handling content strategy, ideally within consumer goods industry with LATAM scope.
  • Experience in Omnichannel campaigns, Social Marketing, Influencer, Organic and Content creators.
  • Experience leading experiential and innovative campaigns.
  • Fluent English, both oral and written.
  • Leadership and Influence - Creativity & Passion: for brands, media & digital/social communication.
  • Strong project management skills with focus in re-imagining ways of work to improve process/agility.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Ability to collaborate and co-create across different markets/functions.
  • Curiosity and Consumer Insight Integration: external inspiration, about consumers, (proven focus in acting upon consumer insights).
  • Content development & strategy experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor content performance, interpret critical metrics, and implement continuous improvements that drive engagement and ROI.
