Your role at Clorox:

This role is responsible for developing next-generation analytics and reporting tools, automating reports and processes, and optimizing reporting timelines to deliver added value aligned with team needs. It will lead, plan, and execute upcoming Admin reporting initiatives in Anaplan, ensuring objectives, requirements, and deadlines are met. The position will act as the primary liaison between the team and development partners. Additionally, it will provide ad-hoc support for Monthly Financial Close, Forecasting, and Internal Control processes managed by the Functional Planning team.

In this role, you will:

Develop next-generation administrative reporting, creating insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI and Anaplan that meet internal control requirements and support management reporting needs.

  • Periodically update and maintain current dashboards to ensure alignment with changes in cost centers, GL accounts, and other operational/business requirements.
  • Lead the automation and standardization of all existing processes and reports, with the objective of minimizing execution time and maximizing analytical capacity.
  • Ensure ongoing and effective communication with the team to identify improvement needs and recommend appropriate changes.
  • Collaborate continuously with the EDT and Anaplan teams to enforce security role compliance and enhance the effectiveness of available tools.

Lead, plan, and execute Anaplan initiatives, ensuring objectives, requirements and timelines are met:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the team and development partners to address requirements.
  • Identify and design key reports for budget management purposes for Budget Owners, as well as for the consolidation and reporting of Fuctional Planning team to CFP.
  • Validate and test Anaplan developments prior to launching to Production

Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs and assist with certain accounting activities, such as posting accruals or reclassifications, in support of management:

  • Accounting Journal Entries: Gather, consolidate, prepare, and post approved journal entries to ensure accurate recording and reporting of administrative expenses.
  • Admin Results Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reporting of administrative results, including analysis of key variance drivers for budget owners.
  • Internal Controls Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and accounting policies to prevent material deficiencies.
  • Monthly Forecasting: Collaborates with budget owners, resolve inquiries, and work with the manager to review and validate forecast submissions.

What we look for:

Minimum:

  • 4+ years of experience in Functional Planning (Budgeting, Forecast and Analysis Reporting)

  • Data Analysis experience

  • Power BI experience (Mandatory)

  • Advanced English level

  • Over 2 years of experience designing interactive dashboards and automating reports to streamline business processes, enhance data visualization, and support decision-making in Power BI.

Desirable:

  • S4 knowledge

  • Anaplan experience
