Your role at Clorox:

The Senior Sales Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and brand visibility within an assigned territory, with a strong focus on the automotive segment. Leveraging deep industry knowledge in both the FMCG and automotive sectors, the role leads territory planning, channel development, and customer engagement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the position is accountable for achieving sales, trade marketing, and key account management targets for auto products within the designated territory. These targets are accomplished through effective territory management and optimal utilization of company resources, under the supervision and guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute customer business plans to achieve annual sales growth
  • Manage distributors and their sales teams
  • Implement trade marketing and AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, Shelving) strategies
  • Support distributors in account negotiations and portfolio expansion
  • Develop channels and manage both traditional and modern retail accounts
  • Conduct fieldwork, account coverage, and performance reporting
  • Operate within approved OPEX budgets

      What we look for:

      • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
      • 3+ years in sales or territory management, with success in FMCG and/or automotive sectors
      • In-depth knowledge of the automotive channel (auto supply, sub-dealers, retail, fleet, etc.)
      • Proven experience managing distributors and sales teams
      • Strong Key Account Management skills
      • Results-driven with solid negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
      • Adaptable, quick learner, and comfortable with change and ambiguity
      • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
      • Skilled in business reviews and data-driven recommendations
      • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      Hybrid: 3 Days On-site, 2 Days WFH
