Your role at Clorox:
This role manages the Supplier Management Program to ensure compliance, performance, and continuous improvement across the supply base. It focuses on building strong supplier relationships, monitoring KPIs, and driving corrective actions to maintain quality and reliability. The position collaborates with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve issues and implement process enhancements. Additionally, it supports risk management, audits, and introduces innovative tools to strengthen supplier performance and compliance.In this role, you will:
- Supplier Management Program Ownership: Maintain and enhance the supplier management framework, ensuring alignment with corporate quality & safety standards and regulatory requirements. Suppliers include both material suppliers and external manufacturers.
- Performance Monitoring & KPIs: Define, track, and report supplier performance metrics (e.g., quality, delivery, compliance); drive accountability and improvement actions.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with suppliers to foster collaboration, transparency, and proactive issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to address supplier-related challenges and implement improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize supplier processes and quality systems; lead projects that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Risk Management: Support risk assessments for suppliers and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity, product quality, and safety.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Assist in supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Innovation & Capability Building: Introduce new tools and approaches for supplier performance management, including data analytics and digital solutions.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in supplier quality, procurement, or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of supplier management programs and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO preferred).
- Experience with KPI development and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred.
- Hybrid - In office 3 days a week
- Travel 0-25%
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
- Project management experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong written communication, presentation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900
–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100
–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300
