Your role at Clorox:
This role reports to the BU MSM Lead and will work with: Network Materials Manager, Procurement, S&OE Manager, Inventory Planner, Plant Leadership, and Scheduling teams. This role oversees the sequence and timing of operations across the BU's network of machinery and systems to optimize production flow and efficiency to meet production targets.In this role, you will:
- Responsible for oversight of the BU's network capacity in the short, mid and long term, ensuring that all sites are creating schedules that balance customer service, inventory levels and changeover costs. Utilizes SAP and Scheduling optimizing tools to enhance scheduling efficiency.
- Works with S&OE team to understand the impact of changes in the short to long term demand picture. Conveys that information to Production Scheduling and Plant Operations to ensure demand can be met while schedules are optimized.
- Ensures the Network's capacity planning master data in relevant systems is current and accurate to support an accurate and optimized plan.
- Develop contingency plans for unexpected events that may impact production schedules.
- Ensure there are audit processes in place to ensure that production schedules comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Develops processes and tools to ensure the production team has the right materials to meet the production schedule.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to align production plans with overall business goals.
- Work with BU Network Materials Manager to manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

What we look for:
- 3+ years in scheduling roles
- 5+ years of experience in scheduling and manufacturing roles
- Ability to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate next steps
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships across functions and organizational levels
- Demonstrated strong aptitude in analysis, root cause identification, and problem solving

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900
–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100
–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300
