Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking for our Plant Manager to lead and drive performance across all plant operations.This role is critical in ensuring engagement, safety, quality compliance, and product availability across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Safety & Environmental, Warehousing, and Distribution Center activities.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and maintain accountability for safety, operations, maintenance, quality, capital execution, and overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality standards, and Internal Control policies; own audit readiness for internal and external reviews.
- Develop annual and long-term capital improvement recommendations and manage the Plant Operating Budget.
- Implement standard work practices, adopting Operational Excellence (OpEx) best practices and processes.
- Oversee all personnel activities, including hiring, talent selection, development, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., manufacturing balanced scorecard).
What we look for:
- 12+ years of experience in Operations Management within manufacturing organizations.
- End-to-end background across planning and logistics is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve site outcomes.
- Communication: Strong skills to engage across diverse levels and functions.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Root cause analysis expertise to address KPI deviations quickly.
- Collaboration: Proven success in teamwork-oriented environments.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of P&L contributions, project financials, and accounting practices.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging lines, processing, water treatment, cleaning, sanitation, microbiology and formulation.
- Planning & Organization: Skilled in managing complex tasks, multifunctional activities, and meeting deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Graduate program in Supply Chain is highly desirable.
