Your role at Clorox:

The Travel & Transportation Program Coordinator supports daily operations of the company’s fleet and travel programs. The role manages the Concur Travel system, responds to employee and vendor inquiries, processes invoices, reconciles expenses, and supports over 220 company vehicles. This position collaborates with internal and external partners to resolve issues, ensure program compliance, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, organized, strong communicators, and comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee Concur Travel administration, including user access, troubleshooting, escalations, and account closures
  • Respond to ServiceNow requests related to travel support.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for travel vendor and TMC issues, coordinating resolutions and follow up.
  • Reconcile invoices, ensure correct coding, process timely payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support ad hoc projects, vendor transitions, and continuous process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with enterprise systems and service workflows.
  • Experience tracking and reconciling monthly expenses.

What we look for:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Corporate workplace services experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Skilled in collaborating with vendors and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
