Your role at Clorox:
This is a senior leadership position that manages end-to-end Supply Chain for the Southeast Asia (SEA) Business Unit, that includes Supply Chain staff functions in Hong Kong, Malaysia & Philippines and critically the direct Manufacturing & Operational leadership of a plant in Philippines.This leader reports to the Senior Director for Supply Chain & Manufacturing AMEA.
The position leads:
Office Based Supply Chain functions:
• SEA Sales & Operational Planning function
• Logistics and Customer Service (OTC)
• Regional Procurement
• Project Management
Full Manufacturing and Operational Leadership:
• Paranaque Plant & Distribution Center
Supply Channels Via

• Clorox CIC Imports from US
This role sits directly on the SEA Leadership team and re-presents total End to End Supply Chain to SEA, partnering with the GM and other LT functional Leaders to support the BUs growth and P&L targets, and translates business decisions into Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategic requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Define overall Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategy for the PMU & network design in alignment with BU and Enterprise Supply Chain strategy, including disseminating appropriate performance targets/goals and KPIs for sub-functions
- Provide strategic leadership and operational accountability to develop and run effective and efficient Supply Chain & Manufacturing for the BU.
- Manage, coach, develop people and team to deliver BU goals
- Collaborate & share accountability with the Center for BU specific procurement and logistics strategy & execution
- Collaborate & share accountability with the S&OP Leader to ensure integrated planning within the PMU
- Assess Supply Chain & Manufacturing technology and execution in collaboration with the center and the GM
- Govern BU-specific strategic supply chain programs / PMO (e.g., Innovation, Cost Savings)
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
- 10-15 years of progressive supply chain management experience of large groups spanning across multiple disciplines (e.g., Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics) with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success
- Successful at attracting, cultivating, and retaining diverse high performing, diverse teams
- Prior experience managing an E2E supply chain preferred
- Has experience deploying and driving adoption of digital tools to change the way supply chain work gets done and decisions are made preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Deep knowledge of business strategy, customer needs and competitive insights
- Collaborates effectively and frequently with commercial; is a trusted advisor who can influence commercial decisions
- Elevates the knowledge of and sensitivity to supply chain enablers and constraints into the broader business dialogue
- Focuses on building supply chain into end-to-end business processes (not just functional supply chain processes)
- Is consumer and customer centric – deeply understands the consumer and customer experience and translates to supply chain requirements
- Brings clarity to the supply chain drivers of business performance
- Manages for performance utilizing leading and outcome metrics (service, cost and cash)
- Is able to detect vulnerabilities across the E2E supply chain and deploy process improvements to strengthen and de-risk
- Synthesizes supply chain strategy and performance into executive and board level communications
- Builds high performing teams; is a highly effective coach to senior team members; Provides feedback that stretches individual development
- Challenges and supports the team to explore and develop new and innovative approaches
