Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven sales planning Associate Manager to join the Customer Sales Planning team supporting the iconic Brita and Kingsford brands. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment while strengthening analytical, planning, and influence capabilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams supporting the Brita and Kingsford brands.
  • Contribute to 18-month customer plans by translating business objectives into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of cross-channel customer plans to drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze and synthesize data into clear, compelling insights that inform strategic decision-making and execution.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of CPG experience, with exposure to customer insights, business planning, or sales analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners and support customer‑facing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including contribution to presentations and planning materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly.

Workplace type:

Dynamic/Hybrid Schedule: This individual will work in the office 3 days a week and remotely the other 2 days.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900

–Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900

–Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
