Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Manager, Credit & Collections is a key leadership role within Global Business Services (GBS), accountable for end-to-end governance, performance management, and risk oversight of Credit and Collections operations delivered through a global operating model. The role leads onshore process governance and oversees an offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner in Manila, ensuring consistent execution, strong internal controls, and delivery of cash flow, risk, and service outcomes aligned to enterprise objectives.In this role, you will:
- End-to-end process governance for Credit & Collections
- Credit risk oversight and escalation decisioning
- Global collections strategy and KPI management
- BPO governance, SLA and performance management
- Cross-functional partnership and people leadership
- Continuous improvement and transformation
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years Credit, Collections, or OTC experience
- 5+ years people leadership
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- HighRadius experience
- BPO governance experience
Qualifications – Preferred
- GBS or Shared Services experience
- Global customer portfolio exposure
- Transformation or automation leadership
