This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and customer partnership, supporting the growth of our categories with key retail customers.

In this role, you will:

As an Entry-Level Sales Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between data and business decisions. You will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support our sales teams and retail partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating data into insights that inform commercial strategies

• Supporting category growth through analysis and storytelling

• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track performance

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to support business decisions

• Developing a strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer strategies

What we look for:

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making
• Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Building trust and reading the room during retailer meetings.
• Retail Math: Understanding margins, price elasticity, and share of shelf.
• Empathy & Active Listening: Identifying and solving a retailer’s specific pain points.
• Data Storytelling: Translating complex metrics into a clear, persuasive narrative.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred qualifications:

• Exposure to syndicated data tools such as NielsenIQ or Circana (IRI)
• Familiarity with retailer portals (e.g., 84.51°, Retail Link)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $72,400 - $132,500

–Zone B: $66,400 - $121,500

–Zone C: $60,300 - $110,400
