Your role at Clorox:
Join our Team! As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a critical partner in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient recruitment operations. You’ll support the end‑to‑end hiring process, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless and engaging experience from interview scheduling through pre‑boarding.In this role, you will:
Coordinate interview scheduling, travel logistics, and other recruitment support activities.
Provide post‑offer support, including pre‑employment screening and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Manage and track background checks, ensuring timely completion and escalation when needed.
Maintain and update all pre‑hire statuses in Workday Recruiting.
Partner with Hiring Managers to confirm new hire start dates.
Ensure timely I‑9 completion through the I‑9 Service Center.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruiting processes.

What we look for:
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR (TA Coordinator, TA Specialist, Recruiting Analyst, or similar roles).
2+ years working with ATS and global recruiting workflows (Workday experience is a plus!).
2+ years of experience supporting background check processes; experience working with U.S. hiring processes is considered a strong plus.
Genuine passion for talent acquisition and providing outstanding hiring manager and candidate experiences.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and oral).
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
