Your role at Clorox:

Join our team as a Demand Planner and help drive forecasting excellence, business alignment, and supply chain performance across our Chile operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand plans, leading cross-functional alignment discussions, and supporting the S&OP process to ensure accurate forecasting and effective business decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, review, and maintain demand forecasts across product categories and customer accounts for short- and long-term planning horizons

• Create statistical baseline forecasts and enrich them with business intelligence, market trends, commercial insights, and cross-functional inputs

• Lead Demand Alignment and Consensus Meetings, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams

• Analyze forecast accuracy, sales performance, and demand planning KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions

• Support and drive the S&OP process by delivering an unconstrained and consensus-based demand plan

• Manage assumptions related to product launches, discontinuations, promotions, and market changes

• Generate reports, analyses, and presentations to support operational and strategic decision-making

• Ensure data integrity and maintenance of master data, including product and customer hierarchies

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve forecasting processes and business collaboration

What we look for:

• +5 years of Demand Planning experience

• Required experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods / Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (CPG/FMCG) industries

• Advanced English proficiency

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with forecasting systems and statistical forecasting methodologies (i.e. Kinaxis Rapid Response, Jon Galt, i2 Demand Planner, APO Demand Planning, Logility)

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, vlookups, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain functions, including production scheduling, demand planning, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes.

• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels

• Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments
