Your role at Clorox:
This role is responsible for evaluating and strengthening the organization’s risk management, governance, and internal control processes. It provides assurance on operational effectiveness, financial reporting reliability, regulatory compliance, and the safeguarding of company assets.In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations and internal processes
Evaluate the reliability of financial and operational reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Identify risks related to fraud, waste, or mismanagement and recommend mitigation actions
Provide advisory support to leadership on improving systems, controls, and business processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
5+ years of Finance/Accounting and Internal Control related experience
8+ years of professional background
Preferred Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry experience
Education Level/Degree:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English required
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of economic, industry, and business drivers impacting financial statements
Proven ability to lead, influence, and build credibility across functions
Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage priorities with urgency
Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and numerical accuracy
Professional presence with ability to represent the function effectively
Collaborative team player with proactive mindset
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
