Your role at Clorox:
The International Associate Engineer is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end operational health, performance, and sustainability of applications and supporting systems. This role ensures service availability, security, and efficiency while partnering with business teams, global IT, and vendors to deliver scalable and stable solutions aligned with global standards. The role also drives continuous improvement, service lifecycle management, and operational excellence using ITIL, ITSM, and Agile methodologies.In this role, you will:
Service Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT service operations including system health focusing on the daily delivery and support of technology services to maximize business value and minimize disruptions.
- Oversee day to day ITIL/ITSM service operational activities including critical batch/data availability, system health and performance, incident handling and service delivery.
- Work across infrastructure and application teams to assure availability, performance, and capacity planning, execution, and operations of SAP assigned applications.
- Assure proactive, consistent performance monitoring and tuning of core applications.
- Provide leadership in resolving highly complex problems and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Lead and facilitate root cause analysis for problem management
- Assure data accuracy and integrity of all service assets (systems, applications, infrastructure, and tools) are current within CMDB and the IT enterprise system management toolset.
- Effectively communicate and engage business on system and service level impacts.
- Ensure that the applications disaster recovery plan is sufficient to perform a successful recovery, and that the plan aligns with the overall BCP strategy.
- Assure currency and availability of non-production environments.
- Advise and collaborate with business and capability tower leaders to ensure current service life cycle, health and security are incorporated into their roadmaps.
- Build an annual life cycle plan including sustainability requests, patching, upgrades and data and application decommissioning.
- Oversee incident, problem, and service request management, including incident escalation, coordination, and communication during AMEA local business hours.
- Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs, KPIs, and operational expectations.
- Participate in vendor review meetings, providing operational insight, performance feedback, and regional context.
Service Transition: Manage transition new or modified technology services into live production environments. Focus on mitigating operational risks, aligning changes with business requirements, and ensuring support teams are fully trained.
- Manage the transition of new or modified applications and services through hypercare and into operational support for AMEA business operations.
- Assure related Service Management processes are established based on the defined ITIL processes and are coordinated and delivered in a sustainable way.
- Ensure that newly developed services are transitioned into ongoing operations and that the operations team is prepared to run these changes via the defined Change Management process as per business expectations and service levels in a sustainable manner
Continuous Improvement & Delivery Enablement: Partner across cross-functional teams, utilizing SAFe Agile frameworks to prioritize backlogs and ensure all localized initiatives align with global standards and long-term operational sustainability championing a culture of continuous improvement to maximize business value and operational excellence.
- Act as a primary point of engagement for AMEA business stakeholders to intake ideas, enhancement requests, and technology needs.
- Facilitate structured discussions with country and regional teams during local business hours to understand business objectives, value, urgency, and constraints.
- Translate business ideas into clearly articulated, qualified requests that can be evaluated and prepared for delivery.
- Partner with architecture, security, operations, and delivery teams to assess feasibility, complexity, dependencies, and risk.
- Ensure ideas are aligned with global platforms, standards, and long term operational sustainability.
- Support cross country prioritization and sequencing of qualified ideas across AMEA markets using the SAFe Agile product model, balancing business value, risk, and delivery capacity.
- Partner with Product Owners, to ensure international and regional needs are represented in product backlogs and roadmaps.

- Provide input and support the development of the service strategy and plan for the assigned service domain area.
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, engineering, or technical operations
- 3–4 years working across enterprise applications or multiple technical domains
- Experience in solution delivery across global or distributed teams
- Experience with technical design, development, or configuration
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks and service management practices
- Experience managing enterprise applications (ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe framework)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Familiarity with system lifecycle management, monitoring tools, and IT infrastructure
Business & Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement and influencing management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence, guide, and motivate a small team within a SAFe Agile matrixed environment
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams

Education Level / Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
