Your role at Clorox:

We're looking for a passionate and technically driven Production Services Group Leader to join our Product Supply Organization team in Peru. This strategic leadership role is ideal for professionals who thrive in manufacturing environments, enjoy driving innovation, and are motivated by leading regional technical initiatives that deliver business impact.

As a key member of the Production Services Team, you will lead technical projects, support new product launches, drive cost-saving initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Global Stewardship Services to ensure operational excellence across the region.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead technical transfers, plant qualifications, experimental orders, and manufacturing readiness activities for new products and innovations.

  • Drive technical evaluation and implementation of cost-saving projects that improve efficiency and support business growth.

  • Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution and commercialization.

  • Serve as a technical expert supporting packaging lines, processing technologies, microbiological risk assessments, and manufacturing troubleshooting.

  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Production Services professionals across LATAM.

  • Manage and monitor testing budgets and technical evaluation resources supporting regional initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Production Services processes, technical standards, risk assessments, and qualification requirements.

  • Support sustainability, supply assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing sites.

What we look for:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related disciplines)

  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with SAP and PDM is considered a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Supply, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Services, Engineering, or related operational functions, including people leadership responsibilities.

  • 3+ years of expertise in specialized manufacturing technologies such as shrink wrap, blow molding, air care, wipes, and online process formulation, including packaging development and supply chain evaluation.

  • 3+ years of knowledge and application of microbiological procedures and manufacturing process methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, implementing process improvements, and driving cost-saving initiatives.

  • Experience in medium to highly technical environments, including manufacturing, engineering, and technical service operations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities.

  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to deliver business results.

  • High level of influence and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including risk assessment expertise.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork across geographically dispersed teams.

  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced and evolving business environments.

  • Proven ability to effectively lead and develop remote teams across multiple locations.
