What you’ll do day-to-day
- Expand HCAP’s automated analytics portfolio by developing novel reporting solutions, primarily using Python.
- Develop dashboards for the firm’s senior leadership and build other reporting products from the ground up, contributing to the ETL pipelines and infrastructure initiatives.
- Maintain and update Python packages that underpin the team’s reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring codebases remain robust and well-documented.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to process improvements, and support the ongoing evolution of the team’s reporting infrastructure.
- Use Git and GitHub to manage code repositories, track changes, and facilitate collaborative development and code review processes.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address operational and strategic questions, collaborating closely with colleagues across Human Capital and related teams.
