<div><section><div> <h2>What you’ll do day-to-day</h2> <p></p> <div><ul> <li><span>Partner with L&amp;D content leads and internal/external subject-matter experts to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning offerings across a range of domains, including professional effectiveness, written communication, leader and manager development, financial and technical skills, mentoring, and onboarding. </span></li> <li><span>Contribute to highly customized learning experiences, which may include case-based workshops, one-on-one tutorials, AI-enabled simulations, group coaching, written guides, and other bespoke formats. </span></li> <li><span>Facilitate learning sessions based on your areas of expertise.</span></li> <li><span>Manage and contribute to multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinating across stakeholders and helping drive projects forward from concept through delivery. </span></li> <li><span>Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and its applicability to L&amp;D, bringing thoughtful perspectives on how innovative application of AI can enhance learning design, delivery, learner experience, and business impact. </span></li> </ul></div> </div></section></div>
