Assist with the execution of investment transactions with a focus on reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining various contractual agreements, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters.

Work directly with Legal & Compliance and front office teams in London and collaborate with colleagues in the U.S. and Asia to support a broad range of deal-related activities.

Support project-based work relating to the firm's investment process infrastructure and periodically assist with regulatory and compliance matters that arise in connection with the D. E. Shaw group’s activities in Europe.
