What you’ll do day-to-day
- Refine and own the platform’s strategic vision, setting priorities across target specialties, service offerings, customer segments, technology investments, and acquisition criteria.
- Develop and manage a proprietary acquisition pipeline, building trusted relationships with founder-owners and articulating a compelling, differentiated platform proposition.
- Oversee the commercial and operational evaluation of acquisition targets, making data-driven decisions about integration and platform fit.
- Own company-wide P&L and value-creation plan, translating strategy into clear operating plans, KPIs, capital allocation, and accountable execution.
- Design the organization and operating model, lead post-close integration and value-creation initiatives, and recruit and develop an exceptional leadership team in partnership with the Cove team.
