What you’ll do day-to-day
- Own the backlog for multiple products across the team's portfolio of attorney-facing tools and the systems that support them, keeping work prioritized, well defined, and ready for engineering.
- Partner with attorneys and other legal professionals to understand how they work, identify pain points, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Drive products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to shape technically complex products, including identifying where the latest techniques in AI-powered capabilities, such as semantic search, knowledge retrieval, and document processing, can drive business results for our users.
- Bring structure to complex, cross-functional efforts by defining scope, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics, while keeping stakeholders informed with clear updates on progress, decisions, and tradeoffs.
