A unique opportunity to join a small, close-knit, caring and dynamic investment team with a history of creating value for investors.   Investment team interns will be staffed within one of four verticals: (1) Business Services/Financial Services, (2) Consumer Products and Services, (3) Healthcare Services and (4) Impact Investing/Green Industries. 

The internship will consist of assisting the New York investment team with sourcing and execution activities, and the candidate will contribute in the following workstreams:  

• Financial research and analysis; 

• Financial modelling; 

• Industry research, expert calls and due diligence participation; 

• Involvement in the preparation of investment committee materials 

The candidate will be given the opportunity to have exposure to transactions, management teams and senior management of TowerBrook.

Skills and Experience Required:

• The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player 

• Strong interest in learning about investing and private equity 

• While not required, some experience in corporate finance and financial modelling is preferred 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint  

• Commitment to responsible ownership values  

• Highest standards of integrity and honesty, and discretion for sensitive and confidential information 

• Ability to interact confidently and respectfully with peers 

• Maturity, humility, and strong work ethic  

• Completion of at least one year at university
