Who we’re looking for

Toyota Financial Services is looking for highly motivated people to fill multiple openings as an Analyst or Senior Analyst in Identity and Access Management Department for UAR Governance. The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring the company's adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements by performing quarterly User Access Reviews, as well as play a crucial role in audit and risk. This role demands technical expertise, and a deep understanding of financial regulations. We are looking at self-motivated individuals who are highly detail-oriented and take pride in their deliverables.

Reporting to the Manager UAR, the person in this role will join the Cyber Protection team for implementation and management of user access review processes and efficient management of user access to various systems and applications.

This role is located in our Plano, TX headquarters and is hybrid in nature, with a mix of in office days and some days working remotely; this could change in the future based on business needs. Candidates are expected to live within a commutable distance to Plano, TX.

What you’ll be doing

  • User Access Review Program: Manage a comprehensive user access review program to evaluate and verify user access to systems, applications, and data.

  • Policy and Procedure: Maintain user access review policies, procedures, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Access Certification Campaigns: Support to execute access certification campaigns, ensuring that all user access rights are reviewed and validated regularly.

  • Internal and External Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to facilitate SOX audits, providing the necessary documentation, evidence, and support to ensure successful compliance.

  • Access Control Improvement: Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that user access controls are efficient and in accordance with security policies.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience

  • At least five (5) or more years of experience in Enterprise Compliance

  • Prior experience with Active Directory and Sailpoint.

Added bonus if you have

  • At least five (5) or more years of experience in Enterprise Compliance

  • Compliance certification (NAF, CCEP, CCCCP, CRCM, etc.) or CAMS

  • Strong understanding of TFS policies and procedures and the ability to analyze and recommend changes that both increase compliance risk mitigation as well as enhance business process efficiency wherever possible.
