Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Team Member Relations Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support team members (TMs) and manufacturing leadership in their resolution of concerns and to appropriately interpret and consistently apply policies and procedures.
Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the person in this role will support the department’s objective to provide excellent Human Resources support through understanding, developing, and facilitating creative HR solutions to achieve an excellent TM experience.
This onsite position is based in Georgetown, Kentucky. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
What you’ll be doing
Frontline support for walk-up cases to Human Resources to cover general questions including policy specific, payroll resolution, and support with services
Monitor/tracking of medical leaves, dispatch assignments, support with Kronos/Workday
Manage Executive Round Table meetings
Advocate for Team Members: build relationships with team members, resolve problems, communicate team member viewpoint
Advocate for Toyota: ensure consistent policy application, promote continuous improvement, promote team member engagement, communicate Toyota viewpoint
Support 1-2 assigned departments as TMR Analyst
Partner with Section Management: build relationships with management, understand section business, develop management staff to ensure positive morale.
Supports HR Projects.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or equivalent professional work experience relevant to this position
HR experience, or experience supervising people involving some HR responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate or above)
Ability and willingness to work split shifts at least 1 day per week
Ability to work overtime as needed, up to 15%, including some Saturdays
Ability to work from multiple areas of a large manufacturing facility, including but not limited to attending in-person meetings held at various locations throughout the facility, engaging with employees working in different areas throughout the facility, etc.

Experience with the following systems: Kronos, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerBI
SHRM Certification
Team member / employee relations experience
HR Generalist experience
