Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Manager, Treasury Data & Automation, to join our Treasury department. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of the treasury data infrastructure as well as conceptualizing and refining new and existing treasury processes. This position is also responsible for aligning business, technology and data strategies for treasury and serving as the liaison between business and technology.
This position requires the individual to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence a diverse group of individuals locally and globally and obtain buy-in. Strong treasury background with strategic thinking and leadership is key, as the individual needs the ability to research, analyze and sift through a significant amount of data and information, consolidate and analyze, draw conclusions and make recommendations to develop appropriate treasury data and analytics foundations and improve treasury processes.
This position is based at our Plano, TX headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote workdays. Candidates should reside within commutable distance of Plano, TX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead strategic development and enhancement of treasury data and analytics capabilities, advancement of treasury financial and reporting models, and drive treasury process improvements.
Advance analytical tools and dashboards to automate and enhance treasury decision making and reporting. Identify operational inefficiencies and remediate issues leveraging enterprise technology capabilities, toolset and using latest technologies.
Partner with treasury front office, middle office, valuations and treasury domain factories (IT) to develop new treasury products and capabilities, targeting speed to market and increased standardization and automation.
Work with cross-organizational leaders including information security, risk, internal audit and compliance teams to ensure processes adhere to proper enterprise controls and TFS global standards.
Collaborate closely with global treasury leadership team to execute on global treasury strategies and specific initiatives. Drive global treasury platform strategy and oversee project lifecycle as project manager to scale and build new capabilities while working closely with treasurers and CFOs of global affiliates and regions.
What You Bring
Understanding of financial market concepts
Knowledge of database design and management
Experience in managing and implementing customized technology solutions
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
High proficiency in SQL (ability to create queries from scratch)
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence locally/globally and obtain buy-in
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Math or equivalent required
Post Graduate degree (MBA, M.S Finance or Accounting, Financial Engineering) required
8+ years of progressive experience in financial services, treasury experience
Added Bonus If You Have
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or alternate designation
Experience in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, C++)
