Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst, Team Member Relations (Night Shift).
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the department’s objective to provide Team Member Relations support through understanding, developing, and facilitating HR solutions to achieve the desired business objective.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be self-motivated.
This onsite position is based at our manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
What you’ll be doing
Daily management and resolution of team member issues and concerns and Human Resource related functions.
Project management to include development, implementation and PDCA cycle.
Responsible for assigned hoshin priorities.
Train coach and guidance to supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Administrator for regional and local policies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
What you bring
HR experience, or experience supervising people involving some HR responsibilities
Strong customer service skills
Proven ability to communicate, build rapport, and effectively work with a diverse group of stakeholders
Ability and willingness to work night shift hours, 7:15 PM to 4:00 AM
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
Added bonus if you have
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, or closely related field
Team member relations and/or HR investigation experience
Experience using whistleblower or investigation tracking systems
HR experience in manufacturing
Any HR certifications
