Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Shared Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Procurement Sourcing Analyst for the Marketing & Dealer Services area.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for the following Marketing Dealer Services categories:
Customer Services: Services focused on direct customers & dealer support including call centers, collections, & roadside assistance services.
Publication/Print Services: Printing – ink on paper, management of in-house Creative Agency & Print Solutions (CAPS) group
Reporting to the Marketing Dealer Services Category Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and mitigate risk for the business.
What you’ll be doing
Departments Supported: Creative Agency & Print Solutions, many TMNA/TFS departments that utilize CAPS, TMNA Brand Engagement Center, Toyota/Lexus Marketing departments
Operational Communication: Works frequently with analyst through Sr. Manager level on day-to-day operations (e.g. req to PO process, development of scope for SOWs, supplier adds, etc.). Works closely with Legal during contract negotiations and Accounting and Finance on budget reconciliation and reporting.
Strategic Communication: Provide updates on major contract negotiations and/or sourcing events to GMs, VPs and GVPs in the Toyota and Lexus Marketing departments.

Other Key CAPS Responsibilities:
Management of on-site CAPS business partner (Creative Agency & Print Solutions)
Create and gain consensus for the annual budget
Manage monthly accrual and billing process for budget
Manage blanket PO issuance for CAPS Program
Responsible for tracking & developing strategy of CAPS monthly KPI’s
SME on Toyota’s internal print policy and CAPS capabilities
Lead and manage the enforcement of company’s print policy with business units
What you bring
A bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry)
Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables
Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgement and strategic thinking
Demonstrated collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
Demonstrated negotiation experience
Strong knowledge of contract process
Added bonus if you have
Experience with SAP/Ariba
Demonstrated ability to forecast, develop, and manage a budget & budget strategy
Complex, multi-group contract negotiations
Automotive experience
5 or more years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry)
