Description of Position

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented EMEA Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of global payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with country specific regulations and timely disbursement of payments to employees across multiple countries. This position will also play a key role in maintaining payroll records, implementing best practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and streamlining EMEA and Global payroll processes.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for third party provider (TMF), for payroll processing across the EMEA Region
  • Complete on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls globally, including special payments, bonuses, restricted stock unit vesting, and termination processing
  • Perform daily payroll functions adhering to deadlines, required approvals, and handoffs
  • Validate the accuracy of payrolls through extensive pre- and post-transmission audit procedures
  • Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and internal partners worldwide
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Compensation Accounting, HRIS, and other departments on global payroll matters
  • Participate in system upgrade testing and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of payroll management experience in a global organization
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA country specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements is required
  • Experience with global payroll preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assimilate change is a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across time zones
  • Proficiency with Workday HCM and MS Office applications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a global perspective
  • Experienced in basic accounting principles and financial acumen
