Description of Position
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious individual to join TPG’s Real Estate Client Services (“RECS”) Team. The RECS Associate will support TPG's investor reporting and capital raising efforts, specifically focusing on TPG Real Estate, across four distinct equity strategies, including: TPG Real Estate – US, TPG Real Estate – Asia, TPG Real Estate – Europe and TPG Net Lease. The RECS Team supports all aspects of client relations, including responding to ad hoc client requests, extensive recurring custom quarterly reporting requests, and supporting a variety of fundraising initiatives including both qualitative and quantitative due diligence requests and maintaining marketing materials.

Principal Responsibilities

Organize and respond to extensive recurring custom quarterly reporting requests and both qualitative and quantitative due diligence requests

Ensure timely and thorough responses to various investor requests regarding investment performance, capital accounts, etc.

Partner with the Portfolio Managers, Real Estate Product Specialists and Marketers to prepare custom client update books for marketing meetings

Coordination and content creation for annual investor conferences and semi-annual Advisory Committee meetings Coordinate with asset management, investment teams and accounting/finance to provide responses to requests involving client reporting, investment performance reporting and various other requests from clients and investment consultants
Requirements
This role requires a highly motivated professional style and working knowledge of private equity investing (including financial analysis). This role regularly partners with senior and junior investment professionals across the firm to serve our clients. Specifically, we are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

2+ years of relevant work experience, including investor relations-related, or other finance or real estate-related post-undergraduate work experience

Proactive, motivated, and organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a demanding environment with a dynamic pace; exceptional time, organizational, and project management skills

Strong quantitative abilities: accounting and/or financial analysis experience preferred

Outstanding communication skills; combination of verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate messaging effectively and express complex information concisely for both internal and external audiences

Technical computer/application proficiency required; advanced experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential; working familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

Ability to coordinate and build relationships across multiple internal groups, including investments, sales/marketing, accounting, operations, legal, client reporting, and other teams

Possess knowledge of closed-end real estate fund products

Discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
It is expected that the annual base salary for this role will be up to $125,000. Base salary is one component of TPG’s competitive total rewards package which typically includes discretionary compensation, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off. Other incentives may also be available to certain eligible employees.
