- Act as a change agent to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, technology-driven improvements across data management and reporting workflows.
- Serve as a critical liaison between Finance, Deal Teams, and Asset Management to ensure financial strategies are aligned with asset-level business plans.
- Manage and coach a dedicated administrative team and external service providers, ensuring a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
- Direct the preparation of organized documentation for audits, valuations, and tax filings, maintaining TPG’s standards for transparency and precision.
- Communicate effectively with operating partners and third-party managers to ensure reporting consistency and operational alignment.
Requirements

- A proven track record of handling large, complex data sets with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence external partners and present clearly to senior internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to move beyond the numbers to understand the broader business implications of financial data.
- Experience managing direct reports or coordinating large third-party service teams.
