Our team of scientists, technologists, and academics looks beyond the traditional to develop creative solutions to some of the world’s most complex economic problems.

We're looking for an HRBP to join our Engineering team with a unique focus: supporting our Early Careers population. You'll partner with Engineering leaders while owning the full arc of our early careers program, from team matching and onboarding new college hires to developing them through their first three years at Two Sigma.

You'll build relationships across the organization, orchestrate expertise across HR and the business, and get things done.

We're looking for someone who is honest, respectful, collaborative, intellectually curious and comfortable using data to influence decisions. After all, we're a company that's all about data, and we take "nice geeks" as a compliment!
