We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join Marketing & Communications. Reporting to the VP of Operations and Production, this role works closely with the brand team to devise and deliver impactful visual content. With a solid foundation in graphic development, you'll bring creative concepts to life across multiple channels and mediums.
Our Marketing and Communications team drives the conception and execution of campaigns, brand initiatives, and content that connect our company to audiences worldwide. This role involves translating strategic direction and creative briefs into polished visual executions, with tasks ranging from designing assets for digital campaigns and social media to crafting comprehensive print systems and exploring innovative AI capabilities.
This is a hands-on role for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized professional with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity. You will deliver quality work, applying your skills across traditional design foundations and digital storytelling to meet the diverse needs of our brand. The ideal candidate is practical, adaptable, innovative, and self-motivated with a sharp attention to detail.

You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Compose compelling visual assets that support brand storytelling across social platforms, websites, and internal communications.
- Transform strategic briefs into expertly crafted visual outputs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support the development, maintenance, and evolution of comprehensive design systems, including brand asset libraries, to ensure brand consistency and global scalability.
- Skillfully iterate on designs based on collaborative feedback, leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay current on design trends and platform specifications to continuously elevate our visual output.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of building principles, typography, color theory, and brand consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, interpret creative direction, and apply feedback efficiently
- Natural problem-solving abilities with the skill to take feedback and iterate quickly on creative concepts
- Interest in translating complex technical concepts like data science visualizations into intuitive and impactful designs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate timelines clearly to collaborators
- Passion for visual creativity and supporting innovative brand initiatives
- Familiarity with, and curiosity about exploring, AI-assisted tools (e.g., Getty AI, Adobe's AI features, Claude Code) that can complement and accelerate design work, including ideation, image generation, and workflow automation.
You must possess the following qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Express, plus Figma and G-Suite tools
- Portfolio showcasing strong foundational skills in building across digital and print mediums (please include a link)

The base pay for this role will be between $125,000 and $175,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
