Job Description
This role serves as a liaison between the Salesforce and nCino product teams and the CoE change management team to ensure changes to the platform are introduced to users using best practice change management techniques including training, communications, self-help materials, in-app guidance and user advocacy/engagement. Partners closely with the product team to understand platform capabilities, user base and ongoing changes to the platform. Collaborates with other change liaisons supporting Salesforce, nCino and Precision Lender to ensure continuity, efficiency and effective user experience across the platform. This position will focus on the introduction and ongoing support for Salesforce.
Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Salesforce and nCino product teams, including Precision Lender:
Attend design meetings, stand ups, sprint planning, sprint review or identify delegate
Review user stories
Identify change management impacts (training, communication, engagement, self-help resources, in-app guidance, etc.)
Consult with product team on change management impacts, material reviews, and user feedback
Coordinate change management interventions:
Draft Release Notes summary including user impact and benefit
Provide inputs on targeted communications
Update training materials or delegate to support team
Partner with support team on training reviews
Facilitate/demo functionality in various forums
Draft/update self-help resources (Knowledge, Procedures, Job Aids)
Provide inputs to in-app guidance team
Support action planning to address end user feedback with product team
Engage in user advocate activities including monthly forums and quarterly listening sessions
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with nCino and Precision Lender
Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
