Your role

This role, reporting to Test Manager, will interact with Quality Assurance teams, Development teams and Business teams. This role is responsible for successful delivery of Change the Bank and Run the Bank testing engagements. Substantial experience with Quality Control methodology is required, specifically requirements/testing traceability, test planning, test execution, defect management, and project level reporting. Candidate must have a proven track record in a QA Automation engineer role with excellent communication skills, and have solid knowledge of standard testing practices, tools and reporting. Candidate must have worked on client facing and FA facing applications. The candidate must have good automation skills and able to drive the automation targets.

Your team

You'll be working in the Advisor Enablement platform team in Pune. The team is currently working on delivering the next generation platform for Wealth Management in Americas. The team works in the Agile development model and using the latest technology stack. The team consists of Full stack developers, Business analysts and Dev Ops and work closely with the relevant stakeholders.

Your expertise

• automation experience using various tools like qtp, testcomplete, selenium
• 8+ years of experience of testing complex systems and business flows plus experience in building automation frameworks.
• good knowledge in Java, maven.
• complete understanding of sdlc, qa and defect lifecycle
• experience with test data identification & creation
• exposure to test management tools (e.g. jira, quality centre)
• working experience on various CI tools
• assists/writes high level test strategies with input from the dev feature lead and/or business and derives time estimates
