Your role

Are you interested in Investment Fund industry? Do you have an appetite for dealing with investment funds controls and NAV calculations? Are you detailed oriented and able to proactively analyze potential discrepancies within Funds’ world?

We’re looking for a Investment Fund Transaction Specialist to:

• perform daily, weekly and monthly transaction related processing connected with NAV calculation for Luxembourgish, Swiss and Irish domiciled funds
• handle the most critical set of tasks for entire NAV value chain
• process following type of transactions: stock trades, futures, options, forwards, Transfer Agent activities and many others.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing team in Wroclaw, Poland. Sector comprises over 80 specialists divided into several teams. Your direct team is a group of 14 talented individuals. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• proven experience in Fund Accounting related roles (2-3 years)
• detailed understanding of financial markets instruments such as Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives
• demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• ability to manage work under high time pressure and focus on a day-to-day process enhancement
• Excel skills at advanced level or higher would be an asset.
