Your role

Are you a data analyst? Do you like to leverage data and analytics to create actionable insights that enhance client experience and support business growth?

This is a role with a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• being a technical expert for performance reporting for client portfolios and funds. This includes providing expertise on complex internal and external client queries relating to returns, risk metrics and performance attribution
• being the technical lead in strategic performance reporting projects, including an automation project for performance reporting for client portfolios and evaluating new vendors and systems for performance reporting capabilities for WM UK and Jersey
• identifying opportunities for and implementing automation and streamlining of processes in the Advisory & Sales department
• using data analytics expertise to contribute to strategic initiatives in Advisory & Sales
• working closely with senior stakeholders across the business

Your team

The Advisory Solutions & Operating Office team supports the activities of Advisory & Sales, with a focus on the advisory service, performance reporting, financial promotions and product communications and business management.

Your expertise

• abackground in performance reporting for portfolios and funds in wealth or asset management
• an interest and knowledge of financial markets, instruments and investment strategies
• a high aptitude in analytical and mathematical skills which are required for calculating, reviewing and disseminating performance returns and risk metrics
• experience with performance reporting system vendors strongly preferred
• a methodical approach to work and keen attention to detail is essential
• a strong interest in process and system automation to drive changes
• degree qualified preferred. Professional qualification such as IMC or CIPM preferred
• IT and data analytics skills such as Excel / VBA, Alteryx, Power BI preferred
