We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to:

•coordinate events, emails, webinars, and calls
•manage our brand (website, LinkedIn, bios, pictures, etc)
•manage databases and track campaigns
•understand the capabilities of the firm
•protect the integrity of our intellectual capital and develop presentations
•complete firm-initiated projects
•participate in team projects, dinners, trips, and meetings

Detailed salary information:
• Washington: the salary range for this role is $66500 to $70000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You will be working with one of the top Private Wealth Teams that strives for world-class service. We are comprised of 6 Sub-Groups organized as Investment Consulting, Advanced Planning, Relationship Management, Operations, Team Leadership, and Business Development. Your expertise

•ideally 5 years of experience in a marketing-role; financial services industry experience preferred
•bachelor's degree
•advanced skills with powerpoint, excel, One Note, Teams
•creative mind-set and experienced with marketing strategies
•proactive and organized
•value accuracy and take full ownership of mistakes made
•you set goals and do what it takes to achieve them; no excuses
•accountable to your results; don't blame or explain
•provide excellence and world-class service
•you love helping others and developing relationships
•experienced with phone etiquette and communicating via email
•comfortable sharing your opinion and participating in team discussions
•you enjoy working with others in a team-based environment
•passionate and growth-minded, exploring ways to grow within your role and seeking out professional development
