We’re looking for an Associate Director, Capital Management Analyst to:

• Support the aggregation and quality assurance of forecasted bank financials and capital measures.
• Prepare FR Y-14A regulatory reports, capital plan inputs, and other bank capital reports.
• Liaise with technology teams to design, test, and implement new systems and enhancements to our aggregation and reporting functionalities.
• Coordinate processes to facilitate and automate the consolidation, reporting, and analysis of bank financials and capital measures.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI and Xportal to perform capital management, planning, and quarterly Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) submissions.
• Perform data aggregation processes using Visio, Xportal, and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with wide variety of teams across risk, finance and technology.

Your expertise

• Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or as an Assistant Vice President, Product Control Analyst, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.

• Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered, or as an Assistant Vice President, Product Control Analyst, Financial Analyst, or related occupation in lieu of a Master's degree and four (4) years of experience.

• Position requires experience with the following:
• financial analysis
• analyzing overall financial reporting control environment
• performing tests on internal controls that are in place to mitigate the risk of errors, fraud, or misstatements in financial reporting
• reconciling, performing checks, and ensuring data is accurate and without errors
• meeting audit deadlines
• gathering, cleaning up, and analyzing large volumes of financial data to understand any errors, trends, or patterns
• collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy within processes
• project management
• process improvement and efficiency
• advanced Excel
• Power BI
